Warranty & Returns policy

All Frankenstein consoles sold are covered by a 3 months return policy for hardware faults/errors, and can be returned for a repair/replacement, or if repair isn't viable then a full refund will be provided. The warranty seal has to be intact and not been tampered with in any way and the console has to be returned in the same cosmetic condition as it was sent out.

We will not be responsible for software changes/issues or bricks caused by updating or using wrong/broken programs or firmwares.

Any returns that are requested not due to error/fault, which is covered by the 3 months policy, would be charged at 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return and shipping costs, this includes customers who change their minds.
